a word document attached to an E-Mail insert
your personalized copy:
• Name of Dealership.
• The place where the venue will be held.
• The address of the venue.
• Address of the dealership (indicate if same as above).
• Day and Date.
• Time.
• Refreshments - If anything special.
• RSVP contact name.
• Contact E-Mail address.
• Contact phone number.
• Any special instructions for booking driving appointments.
• Include additional or personalize information you feel will be
supportive toward your event.
Such as special viewing or special VIP party.
3. Review the price list for printing and delivery of invitations
and envelopes.

The basic cost for the layout and set-up of your personalized
invitation is $85.00.
It includes the placement of your information into the
layout of your choice, and
(1) set of embedded JPG images that can be used in an E-Vite.
Do you want printed invitations and envelopes? If so,
what quantity? Adset will take care
of the entire process, delivering a quality product to
your doorstep in a timely manner.
Note: Your dealership will be responsible for
the payment of these services to Adset.
4. After submitting your information to amdealer@gmail.com along with the
quantity of
invitations and envelopes you would like printed, Adset
will create your proof and have
it to you in a timely manner.
5. UPON RECEIVING YOUR PROOF, REVIEW IT CAREFULLY - Checking ALL the information.
6. When the proof is complete and meets your standards,
E-Mail amdealer@gmail.com with
an
approval to move to the next step, which will provide
you with a set of JPG images for use in
E-Vites, or go to print, or both. Adset
will start that process and have a set of JPGs created,
embedded and delivered
to your inbox along with an E.T.A. of when you can expect delivery of
your
printed material.
